John Willard's Chili

Ingredients

1 Jalapeno Pepper, diced fine, seeded and deveined

1 Small Onion chopped

1 lb. Ground Beef

16 oz can Hot Chili Beans

2 Cups cooked Elbow Macaroni

¼ Cup John Willard’s Bloody Mary Seasoning

¼ tsp. Cayenne Pepper

48 oz. Tomato Juice

Directions

Brown ground beef in a skillet with the diced jalapeno pepper and the chopped onion until meat is no longer pink and onion and jalapeno are soft.

In a large stock pot, pour in tomato juice, chili beans, browned meat mixture, cooked macaroni, and seasonings.

Simmer for ½-1 hour or longer until flavors blend.

Can add more John Willard’s Bloody Mary seasoning for more flavor!
